to become owners
Explorer is a private equity sponsor empowering management teams to buy the companies for which they work and solve the succession problems of owner-operators. Explorer's team has experience spanning more than 30 years in the deal community and our partners can be assured that we have the ability, experience and integrity to bring each transaction to close. The real work, however, begins after the closing, when we bring our operating partners aboard in a situationally appropriate capacity to supplement the experience of existing management. Using this approach, we have turned companies around, grown companies during the most challenging economic times and helped successful teams achieve greater results.
